RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
At Smush For Daddy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the following return and refund policy applies to purchases made through SmushForDaddy.com.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including returns due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging and protective materials.
To begin a return, contact us at: CONTACT@WINHAZELCRAFTS.COM. Please include your name, order number, and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing information. Please do not mail a return without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
For standard returns or buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue. In those cases, Smush For Daddy will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Customized or Personalized Products
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse because they were produced specifically for the customer. However, customized items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order are still eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped or entered production may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund. Once an order has shipped or a customized item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
